Websites that turn visitors into customers

One gym chain went from 5% to 30% lead conversion after we rebuilt their site

I design and build sites for companies that need leads, memberships, or sales

For startups & product teams
You run a serious business

A website either burns money, or closes deals

You already paid to acquire visitors, yet they left before pulling out their credit card

What usually happens instead:

  • The checkout is a generic form that doesn't match the brand. It technically works, but It doesn’t convert.

  • Business decisions are made based on incomplete metrics. Third party trackers get blocked, report sampled data or estimates.

  • Your website is a patchwork of expensive SaaS subscriptions that refuse to cooperate with each other.

  • The content manager is a maze, or some poor soul is still editing raw HTML by hand

Stop funding the competition.

Traffic without conversion is a leak

If half your memberships or sales could start on the site and currently don’t, you are paying for ads and reputation that die on a weak last step.

Competitors with a clearer path quietly take people who already wanted what you sell.

This is not a branding problem. It is a conversion path problem.

Is your website an expensive flyer?

I build your website as a sales channel, then leave you in control

My name is Nicolas Reszka. For about 9 years I’ve built web products and business sites for companies that needed the interface to do real work: take money, take leads, measure audience, and publish content without calling a developer every week.
  • Conversion path first
We map the action you want (membership, quote, purchase, booking) and design the pages around that action
  • Fewer bolted-on toys
Pages, content, form submissions and analytics all appear in one admin panel. Third party tools are a last resort, not the default
  • A content manager for people
User friendly interface. Multilingual content if you want to go international. Changes history so nobody is scared to edit live
  • Stable software
Beside security updates, you will not be forced into updates featuring unwanted redesigns. Tools will not move around or disappear overnight
  • Sovereignty
No vendor lock-in, all you need is a domain name and a server. Just like in the good old days. And your data belongs to you.
  • Keep the lights on
Deployments are done with zero downtime, uptime is monitored. If an error ever occurs, it will be reported to me automatically
A couple of success stories

Case studies

Here's what happens when businesses take back control of their digital infrastructure
Improved conversion path

Elbfitness / Firegym

Germany, August–December 2023 & June 2026

These premium gyms had old Wordpress sites that didn't match their positioning. The checkout was a generic form from their management software. It worked, but it didn't convert.

After launching the new websites, the results were immediate:

  • Website sign-ups went from negligible to facilitating half of all new memberships

  • Lead-to-contract conversion rate jumped from 5% to 30%

Years later they brought me back for server-side analytics. The ones from Google Analytics and Meta Pixel were incomplete, sampled, and regularly blocked. They needed numbers they could trust to compare with third party trackers claims

New websites became the primary sign-up channel, +500% conversion rate.

Better tools

Conservatoire du Gâtinais

France, December 2020 & July 2026

This one spans two acts.

Act one (2020): The director was editing the school's website by hand in Microsoft Frontpage. Every course update, every event announcement... he had to modify raw HTML and push it himself. I rebuilt the site properly: responsive, clean, and powered by a CMS so he could create pages, courses, and events by filling in a form instead of editing HTML manually. It was a massive step up. It worked well for years.

Act two (2026): That CMS had a ceiling. When the school needed a dedicated page for their annual festival with its own layout, its own content structure; it couldn't accommodate it. I came back and replaced it with a fully custom CMS, built from the ground up for how they actually work.

  • The festival page went live in under an hour.

  • They now have genuine autonomy: any page, any structure, no roadblocks.

Nicolas listened carefully to our needs while proposing the solutions that, in his view, were best. His expertise let us get a modern, effective site in a very short time. Simple to use and simple to maintain.

10x increase in online sales

Orange Bakelite

France, January 2021

An art dealer selling antique paintings. Before: entirely on eBay.

Three months after launching the online shop: 10x increase in online sales compared to eBay performance.

Moved a merchant from marketplace dependency to their own shop. 10x sales in 3 months.

Excellent work, creative, motivated, and attentive. Creation of a website so clients can buy paintings and art objects online. We are satisfied. We recommend.

Free conversion teardown; or first-build outline

Start with a teardown, or a plan.

Buy a project only if it’s obvious.

If you already have a site:

  • Homepage + main conversion path (or checkout)

  • What’s weak, what’s fine, what I’d change first

  • Honest call on rebuild vs tune-up

If you don’t have a site yet:

  • What you sell and who it’s for

  • The one action the site should drive (join, book, buy, inquire)

  • What “done correctly” looks like: path, ownership, who edits, how you measure

  • Honest call on scope before you spend

Who this is for / not for

Good fit

  • You don't have a website yet and want to do it correctly

  • You already have demand (ads, walk-ins, reputation) and the website is the weak link

  • You care about measured outcomes, not awards-page decoration

Poor fit

  • Cheapest possible five-page site, no commercial goal

  • “Make it go viral” with no offer and no traffic source

  • You need a big agency’s process theater

I’m not offended by a no. A bad fit costs both of us.

Amazing people I've worked with

I worked with Nicolas to strengthen our development team on a web application.
Having him on the team was a real plus and a pleasure. He’s a freelancer who is available, easy to work with, and competent.
I had walked him through our working methods beforehand to make sure they would suit him, and he fit into the team smoothly and effectively.
He has good practices and knows his stack, which really helps move a project forward.

About

My name is Nicolas, I'm 28 years old. I solve digital problems.

I've been doing it for over 9 years across all kinds of industries: financial (fintech) startups, real estate startups, medical startups, premium gym chains, law firms, government services, etc..

The technology changes with each project. The constant is this: I build things that work, that you own, and that don't create new problems down the line.

I work remotely. I take on a limited number of projects at a time so I can be the person you actually talk to.
